Design Dispatch: The Console Table

Don’t you just love something that can be practical and beautiful? The console table is another one of those hard-working essentials that can go just about anywhere. Make a statement in a foyer, tuck one behind a sofa for dramatic elevation, or use a console table in a mud room as a chic place to park your keys, glasses & cell phone. We even love console tables outdoors, helping create dimension in those outdoor rooms we adore.

Of course, On Madison thinks you can’t have just any console table. We present to you an array of stylish choices that will have you finding excuses to put one everywhere.

Sealed With A Kiss

This Sunday is Valentine’s Day, the day we celebrate love in all its glory. There will surely be a lot of Casanova’s waiting until the last minute to surprise their ladies with a token of affection. We ladies will smile gratefully when we open that dime-store box of chocolates or receive that bouquet from Trader Joe’s, because we love you, of course, and don’t want to hurt your feelings. But a girl can dream, can’t she? Valentine’s Day can be design inspiration as well, and On Madison has put together a collage of fabulous looks based on the colors of love. Here’s to amour!Sealed with a Kiss

The On Madison Christmas Gift Guide: For Women

Everyone seems to think the guys have it easier than the girls when it comes to giving. After all, doesn’t every woman want perfume, lingerie, or a pair of fuzzy slippers? The truth is, we are difficult to please. We want something fabulous, but don’t have the heart to tell our significant other that the same old boring gift just won’t cut it. Not to worry, guys. On Madison doesn’t expect you to be a mind reader. We’ve put together a list of fab gifts that will amaze the lady in your life. We don’t know if the gift or the fact that you thought of it ”all by yourself” will amaze her more. Happy Holidays. On Madison's Gift Guide for Women

1/ This Chanel handbag from Fall 2015. Enough said. (A woman can dream, right?)

2/ Loving something cozy and warm for Holiday gifting, and this chubby fur stole comes in the perfectly on trend Pantone color of year, Serenity Blue.

3/ Compartes 10 piece dark chocolate luxury truffles are handmade and handpainted in Los Angeles using the finest quality ingredients, and they look almost too incredible to eat, almost.

4/ Josie Natori’s golden-flower necklace is a big bold statement necklace but versatile enough to wear as a belt as well.

5 & 6/ Vintage Fornasetti is always a hit. We like this gold dish and this lovely box.

7/ Whether or not she’s a tequila drinker, these 1800 Tequila limited edition Keith Haring bottles would look beautiful on her vanity, in her office, or anywhere in the home.
